Payment is to be made at the end of each appointment, unless other arrangements have been made prior to the appointment.
Payment methods accepted are cash, MasterCard, Visa, HICAPS with most health funds (gap payment may be required), EFTPOS and previously approved Veterans Affairs arrangements. We do not accept Diners Club, JCB, Discover or American Express cards.
You may be entitled to payment through Medicare EasyClaim. The Team Care Arrangement program gives eligible patients rebates for some chronic or complex conditions. Please consult your GP prior to your appointment if you believe you qualify.
We appreciate advance notice of a cancellation so that if possible, the appointment time can be allocated to another patient. For this reason, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the appointment time. A cancellation fee of 80% of the appointment fee may be charged for appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice.
